Why personal training?

Karate is a versatile tool. With Karate you can improve your fitness, mobility, strength and speed. It is also a fun way to exercise. Depending on your needs Les can structure and tailor your training to help you achieve your goals.

Les uses a variety of methods to help support training sessions, including the use of pad work and kettlebells for building stamina and strength.

In addition to Les’ Karate credentials he also has qualifications covering personal training (Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training), kettlebell instruction, posture assessments and corrective exercises.
