Kids Karate Classes

Our Approach to Children’s Training

Children are not adults and require a different approach to training. For this reason, we run separate children’s and adult classes, each with its own syllabus and expected outcomes.

While adults train in the full karate system, children focus on ABC – Agility, Balance, and Coordination. This prepares them not only for karate, but for any physical activity they may choose in the future.

We also place strong emphasis on behaviour, teamwork, and personal responsibility. Children learn to support each other, work as part of a group, and take responsibility for their own actions.

The children’s karate programme includes a wide range of movements, patterns, and partner work, delivered in a structured and supportive environment.

Parents are welcome to train alongside their children. Please note that when joining a children’s class, parents will follow the children’s programme, which is designed for development and learning rather than adult martial arts training.
